ExerciseA 30-minute exercise session with your parents can do wonders for your bone health. Just make sure to choose the right exercises for your parents, as per their age.
Limit caffeine intakeWe all love our morning tea/coffee. But did you know that too much caffeine can affect our bone density and make them brittle faster than normal? Thus, one must limit their caffeine intake by limiting tea, coffee and aerated drinks.
