Biden to announce second slate of judicial nominations
Joe Biden will announce his second round of judicial nominations on Thursday, a day after some in his first slate of picks went before a Senate committee.
According to a draft of the list seen by the AP, the second round also includes a diverse set of candidates.

Mr Bidenhas nominated Christine OHearn, a longtime labour and employment litigation attorney, for the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
The president has so far nominated 11 people to fill the 78 judicial vacancies.
